Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from retroscharm.com! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance, discounted products) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Visit retroscharm.com and log into your account.
- Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label and packing slip.
Shipping Instructions
- Securely pack the item(s) with the provided label.
- Drop off at your nearest carrier location. Return shipping fees may apply.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [support email] for assistance.
International Returns
Customers outside USA may incur additional duties or shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
